Requesting deletion. You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time by submitting a request at delete mobile account or by contacting the Fund Office using the details below. We verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within 30 days. Deleting your app account does not cancel your benefits or remove you from the Fund's records. As a benefits administrator, we are legally required to retain member, claims, and disclosure records even after you stop using the app.
